No. There is no setup fee for any of our packages.

Q: How do I pay my SmartPak invoice?

Your credit card will automatically be debited each month. We accept Visa & MasterCard.

Q: Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. Although we would be sorry to see you go, you can cancel your account at anytime.

Q: Can I change my plan later on?

A:

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with no additional handling charges.

Q: Why should I post photos and/or videos?

A:

Photos and videos get noticed! Whether you include them on your Directory listing, Deals, or Project Posts you will receive more viewings, search queries and consumer confidence than those that don't include them.

Q: How are the directory listings in each business category prioritized?

A:

Businesses subscribed to the SmartPak package are prioritized towards the top of each business category.
