More S’mores

A friend of mine called me today and invited me to a Christmas bonfire on her 10 acre property over the holidays. I’m stoked for the fire, and to see my friend, but of all the things that came to mind one really stuck out – S’MORES.

Traditionally reserved for camping and kids, s’mores are a trusted snack, but they aren’t thought of often enough over the winter. I suppose neither are outdoor bonfires, but that’s another post entirely.

Don’t forget about s’mores this Christmas! You’ll be happy you didn’t when you’re eating the best possible combination of chocolate and marshmallow, all sandwiched between what has always been an underrated, understated graham cracker.
