Cabana a la Modern

With the price of land continually rising is seems as though it is almost impossible for newcomers to get into the real estate market. If you are fortunate or un-fortunate enough (depending on how you look at it) to live in a desirable area of the country you may be noticing that the price of a single dwelling home is quickly becoming unaffordable. I seem to remember reading somewhere that only 7% of the population make over $100,000/ year.. So I am always totally dumbfounded when the price of a 1950′s bungalow on the westcoast is $499,000 and people snatch it up before it even gets listed.

Maybe I should have been a computer dork when I was younger…

Ok… So, I got thinking about land, property etc.. I love the idea of creating amazing places out of already existing materials. I also like companies that think outside the box and find a niche market.
