Window Farming

I can remember being a kid and disliking so many vegetables that I was encouraged to try. There was this contempt before investigation attitude I carried around.  Even if I did like what I was encouraged to try there was no way I could let anyone know, cause then they would have been right! And that wasn’t happening.

ok, so I’ve grown up and no I eat my vegetables. Some things do change. But, really it’s true, there are now, and it’s only been in the last few years, that I have discovered my love for veggies. This got me thinking about growing your own food. Earlier in the summer I talked quite a bit about veggie gardens. Well, what if you dont have a yard. What if you are an urban dweller living in an apartment? What then?
